Video: Dubstep Popping - Prepare to blow mind

Things get nuts about a minute in.

FREE Download: Adult Swim Compilation - Unclassified

Sounds a bit mysterious?  Maybe, but all can be revealed.  The album is a FREE download that comes from a partnership between progressive tv network Adult Swim and Scion Audio Visual.  Both these companies should mean little to you, but what should mean something is the fact that dubstep heavy-hitters like Zomby, Burial, Kode9 and Untold have all contributed tracks.

So what are you waiting for, go HERE to it!

Stream: G-Side feat. Joi Tiffany - Gettin' It

Now we all knew that aussie psych-rockers Tame Impala were pretty awesome, but did we think they would sound awesome under a skittering Hip-Hop beat?  Wonder no more, production duo Block Beattaz have crafted a swirling mixture of psychedelic sonics, and Alabaman's G-Side have jumped on board.  G-Side are no strangers to rapping over globalized samples, and so they know how to pitch this one just right.  Smooth like Kentucky Bourbon.

Stream: Fader's Lunice Mix

DJ and Producer Lunice plies his trade by cranking out the glossy/flossy swag raps that Kanye and Jay-Z love rapping over, the kind of opulent productions that make you want to gold grill yourself and drink Dom Perignon out the bottle.  This mix is appropriately swagged out with an eclectic line-up of plush tunes, just in time for this verandah weather we're experiencing.

Stream: Amy Winehouse & Nas - Just Friends (Urban Noize Remix)

Legendary Hip-Hop MC Nas dropped a verse on his good friend Amy's 'Back to Black' album track back in the day, and in the wake of her passing has decided to put out there now for the fans.  To quote Nas  "She was a genuine person. She was like real,” said Nas about Amy last month on BET's 106 & Park. “She was struggling with a lot of things in her life, but she was a real artist. She was like a little sister to me. We had the same birthday so she just had this big, big spirit for this little body. I wish she was here today. God bless her soul.”

Video: Justin Timberlake performs solo show in New York

JT pulled out his acoustic guitar and a porkpie hat for a solo show at Irving Plaza in NYC.  As we're all well aware, JT hasn't made any recorded music since 2006 and has no plans to do so, especially now that his movie career is taking off.  Still, we can all watch the clips below and wax nostalgic.
