Britain's got ahem 'the Andy dance', talent optional

I could see Danni furiously trying to write the steps down for her next music video.

Can't believe I missed this! Amongst the plethora of Youtube Beyonce Single Ladies dancers you'll now find 100 statuesque british women doin' their best 'B' impression as a promotion for the diva's upcoming gig in London.

Video: Dizzee Rascal & Armand Van Helden - Bonkers

I was a big Armand fan all those years ago when that meant something, and I still am today, even if he doesn't make records as often as he used to and appears to be content to cruise through his twilight years on the cred he built as a hungry youngster. Get fired up mate!
Dizzee is where Armand was before the two towers dropped. He's delivered a couple of genre defining albums, and his third embraced the overworld as it was keeping us grimelords happy.
This collabo however, is odd. It's odd just thinking of these two making a record together, it's odd that they did and this is the result and it's just plain odd (even bonkers!) that they put together this vid for it.
Maybe we can put this one down to a couple of legends just blowin' off a little steam?

Video: Electrik Red feat. Lil Wayne - So Good

Here's my girls Electrik Red, who come from the production stable of Terius Nash and Tricky Stewart aka The-Dream and the dude who made the beat for Umbrella and Single Ladies.
I'm so looking forward to their album and here's a little taster from it.

Video: Black Eyed Pea's - Boom Boom Pow

It's good to see the Pea's back together and making music that no-one has to work hard thinking about. After 'My Humps' I really thought they couldn't make a dumber song, but kudo's to them, I stand corrected.
Considering one of the Pea's is a Kung Fu expert, I make have to take that back at some stage.

Video: Swizz Beatz feat. Drag-On - School of Hard Knocks

I thought Drag-on died like 8 year ago, sounds how wrong you can be. Then again Biggie has a new album out, so you don't need to be alive to make hits. And it don't stop, and it won't stop...

Download: Kanye + Clipse - Kinda like a big deal

3 years is a long time, and it ain't even been that long since the Clipse graced us with there classic presence in the form of full-length 'Hell Hath no Fury'. Here the DJ Khaled produced, Kanye assisted track, that, as the hook intones, is kinda like a big deal.

Video: The Dream and Kanye West - Walkin on the moon (Live in LA)

I've been looking furiously for excuses to blog about The Dream's new album Love vs. Money. Look at me, I'm gushing like a schoolgirl (teehee). The album is without a doubt the best thing to happen to R&B since D'angelo's ab's last rippled across your screen (honourable mention to the Foreign Exchange).

This is the third track on the album (second if you don't count the short, bizarre intro), and it's a cracker. The first time I heard it, I thought 'Michael Jackson', and sure enough MJ's classic 'PYT' has been invoked whenever the song comes up. Instead of being a restread, this track stands on it's own, and if you don't believe me, listen to it a few more times, it reveals much more on repeated listens.

Then Kanye steps in with one of his champagne verses. Though not up to par with his london bloke raps on 'American Boy' last year, he nonetheless provides the song with enough turbopower to send Dream's rocket past the moon and out into the galaxy.

Video: Eminem - We Made You

Eminem is back. And he is back to his old Celeb-baiting tricks. It seems a little so-so, but I'll have to listen to the track without the visual confection to make a better assessment. Either way, it's always better to have Em rapping than not.

Video: Lil Wayne feat. Young Money - Every Girl

Lil Wayne takes a break from recording his doomed rock project to show out in this vid with Young Money (who don't look as young as his name suggests). I have to put a language warning out there for the tender young ears.

Video: Bruno Trailer

Remember Ali G? How about Borat? Well, when Sascha Baron Cohen transplanted Ali-G and his tv show to the US a few years ago for 'Ali G in America', he introduced a new character, Bruno.

Bruno was a gay, austrian television reporter with an bottomless appetite for culture, and stirring the pot. Here, Bruno gets his own movie, Borat-style, and does some unspeakable and unspeakably funny things, including holding a baby who is wearing a 'gayby' t-shirt.

Download: Kid Cudi f. Kanye West, Common, A-Trak & Lady Gaga, "I Poke Her Face"

About the only reason I would mention Lady gag-a on here is if someone like A-Trak and Kanye cut up a vocal sample of Pokerface so it sounds like she's saying I Poke her face and put it in a rap song, and oh snap!

Video: UGK - Games been good to me

UGK has a new album coming out, the first since the death of Pimp C last december. This video has a bit remember-the-times to it. I'm hoping the boys can go out with a bang, but considering their extensive and consistently banging back catalogue, it's gonna be a tough ask.

Video: Dwight Howard - Single Ladies

Here's NBA player Dwight Howard confirming a couple of things

1) You can be too much of a clown. How you supposed to hold it down come playoff time when all your opponents think you're a clown?

2) Dancing to Single Ladies is done son! But nice try anyways.
