Stream: The-Dream - Kill the lights

The-Dream has a smooshtastic new track that could be featured on his new album The Love IV MMXII.  It's a grinding, bass-heavy affair that sees The-Dream aim squarely for romantic grandeur, and as usual, nails it.

Here the track over here at RadioKillaRecords

Video: Kid murders 'The Dougie' dance on National TV. Sensational

Check out the kid on the TV.  This is why I love the internet.

Video: Whitney Houston - Saving All My Love for You

Most of the world is aware by now that Whitney Houston died today at the age of 48.

I still have her first album on LP, and it contains my favourite track 'Saving all my love for you'.

Although she never had the cultural impact of her contemporaries, she had an amazing voice and never had to rely on provocative video's or pop posturing to sell her music.

RIP

Video: Jay-Z and Kanye West - N****s in Paris

Do you want to know how to make a song controversial?  Besides the arresting title, this clip has already been targeted by the Epilepsy Action group because it's visuals could give you seizures!  I'm about to test that theory.

Video: M.I.A.- Bad Girls

Fresh from her cameo in Madonna's fresh new clip, MIA releases her own video for "Bad Girls', which is a re-tooling of the same track that appeared on her Vicki Leekz mixtape from early last year.  Thanks to Pitchfork for the tip.

Video: Madonna feat. Nicki Minaj & M.I.A. - Give me all your Luvin'

Wasn't expecting a new Madonna video to pop into my inbox this morning, and wasn't expecting it to be that good!  This has hit written all over it, what with the stripped-back production, obligatory bass-drop breakdown, superstar cameo's and self-referential/nostalgic lyrics.  It's like she's re-establishing herself by throwing her resume in everyone's face.  It may grate after the fifth time I hear it, but I'm liking it now.
