What I've been watching

Some Good News with John Krasinski (The Office, Jack Ryan) - Krasinski and his celebrity friends
deliver a weekly dose of just the good news. Whether it’s viral video clips, tributes to the frontline heroes
or even surprising a young Hamilton with an all-star serenade, this will bring equal parts smiles and tears.
The Rolling Stones sing You can’t always get what you want - The together at home concert was hit
and miss but you can trust the professionals to get it right. Great rendition of this classic, with
Charlie Watt drumming away on a couple of gear boxes.
Andrea Bocelli live at Easter - Free opera? Why not!
Beastie Boys story on Apple TV+ - This one might cost you but it’s a great visual history of the
band based on a live show they did last year. If that’s too long, relive them blowing out the
speakers on Letterman from the mid-90’s.
That Thing You Do watch party with the Wonders - Adam Schlesinger was an awesome musician who
wrote That Thing You Do for the movie of the same name. He also died of Covid-19 a few weeks back.
The Wonders reunited to celebrate Adam, raise money and commentate the movie along with you
(along with some special friends). Schlesinger also wrote a ton of amazing songs across his career,
including this one, this one, this one, and 157 songs for the TV show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend over 3 years,
including this gem and lots more.
Stanley Tucci making a cocktail - Shaken not stirred.
Conan crashes a Zoom meeting - Talk Show Host Conan O’Brien crashes a zoom meeting of a real
company. If you like his humor, all his old segments are now online,
including Conan plays Old-Time Baseball, Conan goes Apple picking with Mr. T and
Conan gets drunk a tour at the Guiness Brewery
Stephen Sondheim tribute - the theater legend had a home tribute in his honor last weekend and the 3some of Meryl Streep, Christine Baranski& Audra Mcdonald belted a delightful Ladies Who lunch whilst wearing Bathrobes and drinking wine. If you liked that check out the awesome Patti Lupone as well.
Pete Davidson "Stuck at home" - Saturday Night Live is still chugging along in quarantine, and nothing describes being in quarantine better than this rap from Pete Davidson. Do I need to tell you Adam Sandler does the second verse at home with his family? If you liked this, SNL has tons of videos, another from this ep that made me cackle was What up with that?
