Video: Shakira - Loca and Waka Waka at the 2010 EMA's

I'm not the biggest Shakira fan, but for pure pop pleasure you could do a lot worse than picking up her latest album.  She was at the EMA's this weekend and performed two songs for an ecstatic crowd.
